With years of experience in business proposal writing, Dires specializes in crafting persuasive narratives for organizations, businesses, and individuals. His journey began at GIZ, where he built a strong foundation in learning experience design. Since then, he has collaborated with leading institutions including GIZ STEPS, GIZ CLM, Xhub Addis, the Human Rights Commission, and Ozone Care Consultancy—developing digital learning modules and strategic business proposals. Passionate about impactful education, Dires combines creativity and strategic thinking to transform e-learning in a rapidly evolving digital world.
